Too many times can we spend time on creating data only to be devestated when the report seems to disappear. But has it really or is there a way we can ensure this doesnt happen. Depending on the meaningfulness of the information is whether it will happen twice!

Keep three copies of your information: This comprises two copies or more of the original data. There is the option to back up on an external device (preferable) or on the cloud.
