Please note a surcharge applies to travel outside of 10k from the Bondi Beach are to all our services in or outside of the special offers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Zoe relies on appointments being honoured or adequate notice given. When a client cancels without giving enough notice they prevent another client from receiving help. If you are unable to give the minimum 24 hours advance notice, and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged the full amount. At our discretion, this charge must be paid in full prior to your next appointment. On the other hand, if we are able to fill “your” time slot with somebody else, you will not be charged for that missed appointment. Please note:- our policy at Computer Coach Australia is to provide a minimum 2-hour class unless prearranged.
