Computer Training Standard & Discount Fees
Over the last year with the lockdowns many of our clients such as NDIS or unemployed and elders, workers compensation and return to work enjoy the convenience of working online. This is a very simple and convenient process where we connect online as if we are sitting right alongside each other. Together we create a learning plan based on your needs. Training is available for basic to advanced operations on everything tech. Including the very basics to advanced functions like websites, accounting, film making and social media.
Our one-on-one coaching gets straight to the point and provides the skills to build more skills upon.
In person coaching depends on the location and whether we have a coach who is able and willing to travel. Extra costs will be calculated at $50 per hour of travel.
Our fees vary depending on the type of coaching required, location, and the NDIS the line item/description/hourly rate awarded on the participants plan. This information is provided by the Plan Manager.
Our coaches are super skilled professionals who can work with all types of clients. They are experts in using a wide range of software and hardware. It is important they are highly skilled in technology, education and personal relations, to work with all kinds of people. They take into account each persons individual learning styles and adjust our methods to ensure the learning goals are achieved.
This includes one-on-one computer training for elders, NDIS participants, and Workers Compensation return to work and work place requirements.

I would like to thank my excellent trainer, for her professional and friendly approach and clear instructions. I had no previous computer experience, and I was amazed at how quickly I was able to pick things up, thanks to the open and communicative approach.
At first, I was able to navigate the windows environment, send and receive emails in Outlook, created several word documents, insert files and pics, formatting as well as creating a basic Excel spreadsheet with simple formulas.

I just completed a basic computer training course with Computer Coach Australia and would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent training and service received. Not only was I able to learn basic computer skills, but they also provided expertise on my Laptop which was several years old and had never been updated nor used since purchased in 2012. Computer Coach Australia took the time to update everything and then help me become familiar with my laptop at no charge!! I seriously was not expecting this value-add service.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We at Computer Coach Australia rely on our customers to honour the appointments or to give adequate notice. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another client from receiving help. If you are unable to give us a 24 hours notice, and we cannot fill your time slot, you will be charged the full amount. At our discretion, the charge must be paid in full prior to your next appointment. However, if we are able to fill “your” time slot with somebody else, there will be no charge. To clarify, our policy at Computer Coach Australia is to provide a minimum 2-hour class unless prearranged.
