Likewise – managing, sharing, and saving files, as well as creating templates can all save you time. Not to mention understanding what backups and updates are.
“Learning How to Learn”
We provide one-on-one computer coaching within your office or home. Ongoing training and support in the context of your workplace provides a sound foundation. Undoubtedly, the best place to start building upon your skills is to start with computer skills training for business.
Clients That Use Computer Skills Training for Business
Computer Coach Australia provides unique client-focused computer skills training for those in business. Furthermore, you will be working with teachers who are trained to work with the person first then the technology. Teaching is a skill and it first requires understanding what level the student is at, and adjusting the training to suit. Not everyone can do this – and certainly not the grandkids! Our client list ranges from busy executives, business owners, employees, seniors, people with special needs, and students. In fact, most people who help others learn to use their computers are not trained teachers. Learning to use a computer from someone who has not been trained to teach is will leave gaps in your understanding. This is not confidence building.
Teachers who listen
Teachers are trained to teach. Our teachers are people, who have long-standing business and training experience. We are able to assist all types of clients including those with special needs, low literacy, and technophobes. In fact, we work with the person as opposed to the computer. Therefore we see that most computer users have unique needs. Everyone is at their personal level of understanding. We work with everything from bookkeeping to short filmmaking and websites. Just about everything you can do on the computer, Computer Coach Australia can help you with.

Zoe Campbell, the founder of Computer Coach Australia has been coaching people to use technology for over 25 years. She worked for the Dept of Education at TAFE, where she recognised the need for one-on-one training. Prior to that, she worked in the commercial environment training onsite for accountants and small business users. Her training started in 1980 and she now coaches the teachers to become excellent trainers. Client-focused training starts at your level and focuses on what you need to know.
We help you to fill in any learning gaps, rather than create gaps in understanding. This is a different approach compared to a pre-designed course. Everyone has their own level of understanding and unique needs. At Computer Coach Australia, we are trained to assess and work at your technical level. Similarly, we will help you to improve your skills and provide ongoing support. We provide a coaching service that you can come back to at any point.
TESTIMONIAL
January 2021
To whom it may concern
I just completed a basic computer training course with Susie Hobson and would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent training and service received. Not only was I able to learn basic computer skills, but Susie also provided her expertise on my Laptop which was several years old and had never been updated nor used since purchased in 2012. The laptop needed quite a bit of work and Susie took the time to update windows and other applications and then help me become familiar with my laptop at no charge!! I seriously was not expecting this value-add service.
Susie is an excellent trainer and an absolutely lovely, friendly, and professional person who loves to provide value to ensure her students are happy with the outcome.
Susie has a very professional and friendly approach and communicates clearly and has the patience to guide me through basics until I was comfortable. Having had no previous experience with computers, I was amazed at how much I learned and how much confidence I got from the sessions.
I was not expecting this level of care and am very grateful I had the best trainer ever. I would recommend Susie to anyone who is interested in computer training at whatever level as she is very experienced and just a great person who is very caring and accommodating. Thank you Susie!!
Kind regards,
Marina
