Computer Training for NDIS participants

Client focused training is not subject or machine focused. First of all, we work with both beginners to advanced clients. We work 1 to 1, face to face or remotely with you the NDIS participant on the topics you choose to develop skills in. Our aim is for you to create a solid foundation you can build upon any skills upon. Consequently you have the opportunity to learn basic to advanced online skills.

From the Learning Plan document we send you,  we can prioritise the skills to develop. The Learning plan will be used as a guide for our service agreement to estimate the length of time training is required.The Learning Plan can be reviewed and adjusted at any time during our sessions. Subsequently one-on-one computer training focuses on the your unique learning style. Our plan is to help you to fill in any learning gaps and get the most out of each session. It is possible for injured workers to access specialised retraining programs during their workers‘ compensation claim. In these case the insurer must have admitted liability in the worker’s compensation claim. The injured worker must meet specific eligibility criteria in order to be considered for a retraining program. Our vocational re-education programs work with each client one-on-one towards their goals. At Computer Coach Australia we understand the benefits of one-on-one computer training. Zoe our founder taught in classrooms at TAFE for over 18 years. Everyone has their own level of understanding of technology and place to start. Whether that be for a computer, phone, or simply programming the TV.

However this knowledge has often come from untrained people or children with no teaching experiencing with gaps in their understanding.
