Leaving your phone next to your head at night can be dangerous. Five girls attending 9th grade in a school in Denmark conducted a very interesting experiment. It has attracted huge attention from people all over the world. The images posted on the internet have caused a very intense reaction by many researchers, biologists and radiation experts from England, the Netherlands and Sweden.

The Experiment

The experiment consisted in the fact that they were observing the development of seed of identical plants. They placed the plants in two rooms with an identical position towards the sun, same room temperature, gave them the same amount of water.

One room had a wireless internet router that broadcasts the same type of radiation as a regular mobile phone, and there were no routers other room.

The Results

After 12 days, the seeds in the pot beside the wireless router did not grow at all, and some plants even mutated or died completely. On the other hand, plants from seed in the room without radiation were quite advanced and completely healthy.

The young researchers actually wanted to draw attention to how having your phone next to your head affects sleep and concentration. However, something like that was impossible to measure at school, so they decided to show it on plants.

Since seeing the result of the experiment, they no longer sleep with a phone in bed.

It’s really scary that radiation has such a negative impact on living beings, so every individual should take good care of themselves.

The Conclusion

Overnight, turn off the phone or place it in another room. Don’t leave your phone next to your head. Moreover, you must turn off the computer when you seep. Although there are a lot of people who are addicted to their phones, we need to make sure our health comes first. Luckily, there’s an app that can help us with that!

The experiment has shown how much radiation is harmful, and you should think carefully about whether you will keep your mobile phone next to your head at night (or even during the day).
