When we are plugged into our phone, the time is rapidly passing. Google has come up with Digital Wellbeing. It is a special application that allows users to see the time they spent on the phone.
Mobile phones have become as powerful as computers, so they are always with us and we are always using them. That’s why many people often use them more than they should, which is not very good.
For this reason, Google has come up with an app to help you with this issue. The name of the application is Digital Wellbeing and you can download it via the Google Play Store. However, it’s only for those who have either the latest Pixels or any other device from the Android One program with Android 9.0 Pie.

What Does Digital Wellbeing Do?
Digital Wellbeing, in addition to measuring the time you use your phone also displays other data in detail. It shows how much time the screen was on, how many notifications you received, and how many times you unlocked your mobile phone. Also in detail, even to a minute, it can tell you how much time you spent watching Netflix, YouTube, scrolling through Facebook or other applications.
In order to encourage you to use mobile phones less, Google made it possible to set a limit for how long you can use an app. Once the application time expires, it can not be restarted. Digital Wellbeing will notify you of this. This is a great option for parents who want to limit their children’s phone use.
Google also added the Wind Wind option. This allows you to determine which applications you want to continue to receive notifications from during the night, and of which not. Also, Wind Down can automatically switch the screen in a black and white mode at a certain time.
